Our 30-Day Return Policy
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Certain items such as clearance or final-sale products may not be eligible, and this will be noted on the product page.
How To Start a Return
Email us at ChicHomeDecor25@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you simple return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
