Where We Ship
We ship throughout the United States and internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and more than 20 other countries. Available destinations and exact rates are shown at checkout.
Shipping Rates
- US orders: flat-rate Economy shipping from $4.90 and Standard shipping from $6.90, calculated by order weight at checkout.
- International orders: carrier-calculated rates shown at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods processing can take slightly longer — we'll let you know if there's a delay.
Delivery Time
US delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Larger furniture pieces may take longer.
Multiple Shipments
We work with several trusted suppliers and warehouses, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages on different days — at no extra cost to you.
